3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
- Bookings can be made through our website, email, or phone
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit

3.2 Booking Confirmation

4. Pricing and Payment

- Custom quotes are valid for 14 days from issue date
4.2 Payment Terms
- Equipment Rental: Full payment or 50% deposit required at booking; balance due before collection
- Production Services: 50% deposit required at booking; balance due upon completion
- Studio Hire: Full payment required at booking or on the day of service

4.4 Late Payment
Late payments may incur:
- Interest charges of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate
- Suspension of services until payment is received

5. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required for equipment rental:

- Held for the duration of the rental period
- Refunded within 7 business days after equipment return, provided:
- Equipment is returned on time
- Equipment is in the same condition as when rented
- No damage or loss has occurred
- May be used to cover damages, late fees, or missing items
6. Equipment Rental Terms
6.1 Collection and Return
- Equipment must be collected and returned during business hours unless arranged otherwise
- You are responsible for checking equipment condition upon collection
- Report any issues immediately before leaving the premises
- Late returns incur additional rental charges (50% of daily rate per 4 hours or part thereof)
6.2 Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use equipment only for its intended purpose
- Operate equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Keep equipment secure at all times
- Not sublet, loan, or transfer equipment to third parties
- Maintain adequate insurance coverage for rented equipment
- Return equipment clean and in the same condition as received
- Report any damage, malfunction, or loss immediately
6.3 Prohibited Uses
Equipment must not be:
- Used in extreme weather conditions without prior approval
- Taken outside the United Kingdom without written consent
- Modified, altered, or repaired without authorization
- Used for illegal activities or purposes
- Exposed to hazardous environments
6.4 Equipment Maintenance
- All equipment is tested and maintained before rental
- We are not liable for minor cosmetic wear
- If equipment malfunctions due to manufacturing defects during rental, we will provide replacement at no additional cost
7. Damage, Loss, and Liability

You are liable for:
- Full replacement cost of lost or stolen equipment
- Repair costs for damaged equipment
- Loss of rental income during repair period
- Any consequential losses resulting from damage or loss
7.2 Insurance
- Clients are strongly advised to obtain insurance covering rented equipment
- Insurance options may be available at an additional cost
- In the absence of insurance, you remain fully liable for equipment
7.3 Theft or Loss
In case of theft or loss:
- Notify us immediately
- Report to police within 24 hours and provide crime reference number
- Provide full written details of circumstances
- You remain liable for replacement costs
8. Cancellations and Refunds

- More than 14 days before: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
- 7-14 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund (may reschedule subject to availability)

- Delays caused by client changes, feedback delays, or external factors may extend delivery times
- Rush services available at additional cost
9.2 Client Obligations
- Provide all necessary materials, information, and approvals promptly
- Attend scheduled sessions on time
- Obtain necessary permissions, licenses, and releases
- Ensure locations are accessible and suitable
9.3 Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you receive usage rights to final deliverables
- We retain copyright and may use work for portfolio/marketing purposes
- Raw footage and project files remain our property unless purchased separately
